HR Online Platform

One of the key components of our HR business solution is our online platform. At Green Leaf Payroll & Business Solutions Inc., we offer three variations of our online platform: HUBbasic, HUB and WorkforceHUB. Although each one has its own features, they all have the same goal: to provide a place for you to effectively track and manage your entire HR infrastructure, as well as communicate with your employees electronically. Essentially, the online platform is your customized “intranet” that covers a multitude of HR actions: employee sign-on to access electronic onboarding, timekeeping, check stubs, W2s, performance reviews, 401k contributions, personal information changes, electronic signatures on HR-related documents, company documents (including the employee handbook) and more. The online platform also houses all of your HR documents, including handbooks and harassment training, in one secure place. Use our technology to become a scalable business.

As the administrator of the online platform, you can manage all HR functions and stay on top of any time-sensitive certifications, benefit enrollments and more, as well as manage all signature-required documents through the dashboard. We also help you create custom workflows, send out surveys, host recognition walls and do anything else that will benefit your business and employees. Use the online platform to post information regarding company events, internal job postings and more.

If you are looking to hire new employees, the online platform can assist you there, too. Utilize it for applicant tracking; get notified as soon as someone applies for a job or moves onto the next phase in the job application process.
